Sleeping Tips
1.Try to regulate sleep patterns. Follow a regular routine. Go to bed at
the same time each night, get up at the same time each day. 2. Get regular
activity and excercise during the day, but not within three hours of bedtime.
3. Avoid caffiene, nicotine, and alcohol later in the day.
4. Avoid heavy meals late in the day.
5. Do not use the bedroom for entertainment, only for sleep.
6. Make sleeping comfortable by using the proper sleep foundation, a
dark, quiet room, not too hot or too cold.
7. If you can't seem to fall asleep, get up and do something not too
strenuous,rather than worrying about going to sleep.
8. Drink warm milk, believed to be a sleep aid.
